By completing this form, user acknowledges that access to eContracts information is highly sensitive. Passwords cannot be shared. Every user must have their own sign on information. Once access is approved, user will be notified directly from Merck CCM Security.
External Users (GPO, Wholesaler, etc.)
Please note, you (the organization that you represent) must be a Health Industry Number (HIN) Authorized Licensee to access eContracts.
By submitting this form, you represent and warrant that you (the organization that you represent) are a HIN Authorized Licensee. If that status changes, you must inform Merck immediately and Merck reserves the right to revoke your access to eContracts.
